So excited I’m on my way! Could anyone just clarify if you’re allowed 5 shoes men and 5 shoes women? Or you have to choose. Too embarrassed to ask my SA without sounding like a greedy/reseller 😂 it’s my first time and she was so sweet to invite me. I’d like to get shoes for my brother and my nieces wear 39,5, so was thinking of using the men quota. Is that okay to do?

Ladies shoes - I’m size 38.5-39 so not many styles but still managed to get a pair of oasis. 50% off. You ladies with Smaller sizes are the lucky ones. So many different styles including lots of Oran to choose from.
Silks and cashmere - not very good selection. I wanted to get some muted CSGM but nothing caught my eyes. Same for 70cm/90cm silk. Managed to grab 3 twillies for my bags.
Accessories- hats, caps, berets, belts, clic H, some charms (the sport cap and pouch styles). Not a big range but I managed to get a beret that I was eyeing from the website. ~50% off
Homewares- some cushions, blankets , trays and boxes. ~50% off too. I asked and they seemed to have changed the limit for cushions. I could get 3 pieces of I wanted to but hubby didn’t like what was available.
Most importantly- THEY TAKE AMEX! Especially important when shopping at H.

I’m here now, they allow you to take phones in. They just don’t want you taking photos and videos. Seem fine with texting (as I'm doing that now). Seen people making phone calls but I thought that wasn’t allowed..
I saw someone yesterday leave a small (as in cabin size) pull-along bag in the cloakroom.
If I want to buy a pair of shoes for my mother, they don’t allow taking pics for them? 😅

I think people are taking sneaky covert pictures. I just didn’t want to risk getting told off or kicked out of the sale haha
Thank you all who gave me some great advice and some hope yesterday. After all I took the morning off and drove to Alexandra Palace. Took all my shopping and the receipts. Long story short: they were extremely nice and apologetic. They have checked every item, quota rules and made a refund. Phew..I can go home now and truly enjoy what I've got!💕 Thank you all...have fun at the event and.. check your receipts!😘 x
