Hi all. I’m finally managing to attend the sale tomorrow for the first time as I couldn’t make it with my last invite. Extremely excited! But I’m wondering are we allowed to try on footwear? I know my sizes in most items, just not the boots and some of the heeled sandals. I would be so grateful for any help.
Yes, you can try them all. There is a carpet and stools in the middle of the shoe area. The girls helping customers are very friendly. You can ask them for more sizes available in the back.

Yes, just get bus W3 from stop A outside Wood Green tube, and it’s a 7 min journey - get off at Alexandra Palace Palm Court station.

When I sent her the guest invite she said she had to book a slot but it’s on a completely different day as nothing left tomorrow 😩 Do you guys think if I call the sales customer service number they may arrange to let her come along with me? Unfortunately not. My guest is also on a later day/slot than I am by the time he logged on to book and when I rang customer service (first its hard to get through, I tried like 6 times, lol), they said no.
