I want to share my first experience ordering tie from hermes.com. Bad experience! Everything went smoothly from ordering until I saw the package are delivered and put in front of my porch. Note that I called hermes.com customer service before ordering too. Beside making sure that I get it on time before christmas and telling them that when fedEx delivering the package, it gonna need my signature and I also noted it in Shipping information.

Well, here's the story,

Firstly fedEx just put the package in front of my porch, they don't even try to ring me for a signature. Geez..

Secondly when I opened the package, they sent the wrong tie. Geeezzzz.. tomorrow I'm gonna gift it to my DH. It makes me so mad! and plus I did specifically write in shipping information that I'm gonna need it to be ribbon-tied and asking for a blank card. But they sent me none.

Well bad bad bad experience!
 
I hope they respond and fix your problem. They sent me a wrong color item a couple of months ago. I e-mailed them twice and they NEVER RESPONDED! Awful awful customer service, and shameful from a company like this.
 
UK seems to be better..always require signature for item and so far, correct items sent. Customer service do respond to email eventually (tho info given usually useless if I'm honest!). Sorry US seem to have poor service...no excuse really. They should always check order before sending it to the customer.
