I'm not sure if it's too late to be helpful, but I got the Collier de Chien Medium in a size ST; I tried the L, but that spun on my wrist. My wrist is 16 cm and in the Rivale leather double tour bracelet I wear a T2 or S but in the Kelly double tour leather bracelet I wear a M. Hope this is helpful.
