Lol so I’m not exactly sure if I will be wearing them out out, so right now they are very expensive (but very cozy) house slippers! Although if I wear them every day, it’s a great cost per wear ratio!
Lol I was just thinking of the same thing. Seeing alll your guys’ fuzzy slippers made me have FOMO lol.

But I’d never wear them out. I was just thinking if I’m the type to have $1000 house slippers

Although we tried very hard to get a pair for DH. We tried different sizes and even the Genius style which has a heel strap and his feet are just too narrow and nothing felt right. So alas he didn’t get a pair.

Lol it’ll be a super “stealthy” move!

Same, house slippers for me too! But they make me seriously happy when I look at them and put them on, so it's worth it!
Yes, totally agree!! I also find them to be more comfortable than the regular chypres! They feel more snug... like a fuzzy hug for my feet! I'm seriously thinking about getting a second pair in a different color now! Gone off the deep end too!!

Omg I thought the same! I had the fuzzy on and switched to the regular when I went to walk the dogs, and I was like, ohhhh, these aren't as comfy as the fuzzies!!

I’ve been trying to get pair in leather for over a year now! Can someone please share any insight? I put my name on a wait list in the meatpacking Nyc store but not sure if this means I’ll actually get them. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Sigh same. Just asked my SA about it at Madison and he told me the same thing. He did say they should be coming in any time now… but I’m not holding my breath.

I unfortunately do not have a store in my state to even try on sizes. So had to go reseller route online. I went true to size and they are comfortable. I am size 37 in both Chanel and Dior dad sandals and purchased these in 37 as well. For those that have worn theirs in does this fit look okay? Of course there isn’t a 37.5 around to try. I guess my only issue is if more room would make my feet slide around more, as this size they stay put when I walk. Thanks for any input.

Same. My SA was able to get a pair for DH last summer. I believe Madison had some shearling ones and a few light green pairs a few weeks ago. I’ve kind of given up and wear my Birkenstocks  My SA said that the shoe SAs nab them for their clients as they come in, so they almost doesn’t even make it to the floor. . .

I feel like a 37.5 or 38 would be ideal

I think a 37.5 or even 38 would be better. Your toes are touching that groove and your heel is coming off of the edge. You can get away with this size but in the future I would go for half size up at least. I hope they are comfortable.

As long as they are comfortable they should be ok!

I went 1/2 size up because my toes are long and were hitting the top lip where it curves up, and that was bothering me. My 1/2 size up fit me perfectly, but it really depends on the shape of your foot!

Enjoy them!!

Appreciate the feedback on sizing!! I sent the black 37 back sadly as I feel they were too short, prefer more room. I have been checking the website like a crazy person haha and saw for a quick minute they had white, blue, the green, and beige mastic along with 2 all shearling very limited in sizes. The beige was available in a 38 so I quick grabbed. Hopefully they will ship and the 38 wont be too big. Not sure on color as I have no real life pics, but hoping they look good and fit. I can update if I receive for others to help with sizing.

I think I am a similar size, and I recently returned a size 37 extra sandal (which I believe is sized the same as a chypre) to a reseller. I think a 37.5 or 38 would be a lot better as your heel is coming off the back. It seems like there is never a 37.5 or 38 chypre anywhere (I’ve looked for 2 summers straight). (I am a 37 dior, 37.5 chanel ballet). unfortunately, H sandals are oddly short and wide, and I say this even though I have somewhat short and wide feet.

ETA: please update if the 38 works on you, as I haven’t seen either size IRL  Your pics are very helpful

You know what’s worse? When the SA pronounces it wrong. *facepalm*

And the "re-torn" or "return" Kelly
This is my dilemma. I speak French and I can pronounce things the French way, but I live in the US and my SA (and I'm guessing most of his clients) uses the "American" way of pronouncing things.

I pronounce it "wrong" (i.e. the American way) on purpose because a) people wouldn't know what I'm talking about if I said it in the French way and b) It comes across a little snooty in my opinion.

HOWEVER, sometimes I genuinely don't know how to say things in the "American" way. Chypre comes to mind.
