I like how the strap on the black is just a bit thinner than the brown.

I saw this Vert Électrique color online today but it wasn’t my size. Love the color! 
Okay, so both pairs arrived. I am usually a 35.5 in the Oran sandals. The black Chypre 35.5 just fit. When I walk around my front toe hits the rim a bit but when standing my foot is fully in the area it should be. The white pair in 36 gives me a smidge more in length and are probably the "right" size for me. BUT, I think I will get more wear out of the black and will probably keep them. I just did another walk around and the rim is not bother me at all... There is hope for you!Please do, thank you! Mine shipped today but not due to arrive until next Friday

Anyone find the sandal SUPER uncomfy? I just took them out for a spin for the first time and my goodness did they blister my feet. Actually had to go back home after 20 minutes because my feet are raw. Please tell me it gets better and they just need to be broken in at first
I have to say, I really struggle with mine. They are the right size, just not a good fit on my foot overall
Welcome to Chypre. They won’t get better unless you break them in. Try using a leather conditioner on the leather all throughout, inside and outside. It made a difference for me and they became flexible.
I used corn caps on the underside of the strap to get it comfortable.
I can't wear them for long. They're good for days when I don't have to do too much walking. This is the case with most sandals.
The shearling one is more comfortable, but I made the mistake of wearing them for a long walk, and just the constant rubbing of my foot against the sole (which doesn't happen with shoes where my foot doesn't slide around in the shoe) caused some blisters.
has anyone seen womens restocks on the canadian site? is there any hope? always see the random restocks for US but haven't for canada. only the mens one seem to pop up.

FWIW, I wear a size 37 in Orans and my Chypre in 37.5 are perfect. The toebox is a little wide but the length is perfect. The half size up works well for me and starting to think I will try a larger size in Orans in the future (other slip-on mules I have by H are also 37.5/38).

The sizing should be embossed under the Velcro strap it’s super faint but it should have the code then the size as well under that strap
