Nurse, oh I am the worst packing shoes for a trip. I either over pack thinking I'll have more time than I do, or way under pack since it's a work trip.

SO and I had an appointment after work. I came home, opened wine, looked in the pantry, and chose something for dinner he likes to make. So I poured wine and came to the couch to say hi. :p

I was kind of hoping he'd say, hey, let's get take out on the way home. Nope. But, I started prepping dinner and then got shoo'd out of the kitchen. So still worked out :p

Pugsy, I try to always cook a real dinner. So we eat European-style most of the time Late. I made some Chicken Marsala and some funky healthy rice mix and a salad and washed it all down with a lovely Rioja.

Then DD and DH clean up. So it works out.

Lulilu, I sympathize about the meetings. I had 5 hours of them today. Yuck. When these days happen, I can't get any real work done.

Sounds like everyone had a full day. Hope you are all unwinding now.

I'm trying to figure out why Winky has a little bald spot on the top of his head. It's possible there was a Jinjy kerfuffle or maybe I over-kissed him. I swear, he's the most messed-up animal! Anyway, I applied some mupirocin to it and did a neat little comb-over. I suppose it's nothing compared to the spot on his side where they shaved him for the ultra sound. The furry piglet consumed about 6 cans of Fancy Feast today, not to mention turkey breast and filet mignon. I cannot wait to go back to work so I don't have to cater to his every whim tomorrow. Jeez, what a spoiled kitty.

Meanwhile, Smuffy's snoring is driving me bonkers. Do they make those nose strips for cats?

EB-glad you made it through the meetings. I have a similar day tomorrow except that it's training. and it involves role play. and we're taped.

Really not looking forward to it.

Mindi-Hooray for Miss Olive! Magic is a husky so the snow doesn't bother her at all. That's a good thing given how often it snows!!

Restricter: I know nuthin about bald spots, but 6 cans of cat food, plus filet, et al. Where does the little beastie put it all.

Regarding Mobile Media, they are going to have to teach this old dog (me), new tricks. It's really, really complicated and when technical peeps (geeks) get together...
