BBL, your day at H sounds wonderful. Here, the heat keeps shutting down (DH bought the wrong size filters and so the furnace door doesn't close properly and so a necessary connection keeps getting interrupted, oh my) and Henry managed to take a big mouthful of my salad tonight (don't ask) and made a truly impressive lunge for the pasta. He failed at that, fortunately. I clearly need to feed him more but there seems to be some magic quantity per meal or per X hour period. . . . Over that amount--yes, you guessed it, he herks. He is a challenge, this puppy. I was talked in from my face-down post on the front lawn but am going to duplicate that position in bed. Now. 'Night.
Purse - Happy Birthday! Win big! 
Mree - sounds like you girls had awesome birthday fun. So happy for you! That ER story was horrible, though. What hospital was this?
Restricter - those c u next Tuesday's taking swipes at you on SF better shut their yaps or I'll rip their heads off and piss on their necks.
Avril - thanks for the plane, but there isn't enough open highway for it to land. I need an A Team chopper rescue!
BBL - sounds like a silky divine day at H today! Can't wait to see the pics. Wish I could say I'll stop in for pizza, but I fear I won't be in your neck of the woods for HOURS at the rate we're currently moving (which is 0 mph right now).
EB - nice to know your mom is eBay savvy. Sorry she snooped on the SO, though.
Can't remember any more, and the iPhone kinda sux for chat. Sigh.
At the rate we're going, we might make FL by January... 
Poor Cakey and Mr. Cakey. You haven't gotten very far, have you. What time did you leave? You clearly didn't leave 6 hours ago, right? The last time we drove up to NY (the cruise) the turnpike was really a mess. I feel so bad for you.
Pizza is gone. All three servings. FYI, the frozen pizzas from Target are tres good!
I used to spend hours on hours parked in ERs with my mom. With her first hip fracture it was sheer torture for her. They would not do anything for her until they x-rayed her. This was New Year's Eve many years ago. Then, a few years later, she broke her other hip, the paramedics (and a doctor who happened to be on-site when it happened) diagnosed her and the ER at least gave her pain meds immediately.
Anyway, I wish you a fabulous trip. Once you get there.
Hmmm, the evil MrsS is a lurker here in Chat, it seems. It just took a swipe at me over on SF. Oh, I'm devastated. The pain, the pain. Booohooohoo.
Insert eye roll here.
