Thanks but nothing came out yet!! I've been trying to call the stores but they are not very patient at all. Does anyone know any nice friendly sa ?

I'm sorry, but what are you looking for? Maybe you should go to this thread for some answers: http://forum.purseblog.com/hermes-shopping/

We are a chat group and don't really talk about sales associates and so forth. If you go to the forum I suggested, perhaps you can get more assistance.

I love it. But, if you notice, the new company this season, the agent carries Prada, not Hermes or even Chanel.
Confess to DVRing it.
Also the Housewives. The Fashion Show. Storage Wars. And other such worthwhile mindless mind-numbing junk.
And that VCA necklace was very, very pretty, as were the earrings.

That's my 'hood! Newport Consignment is interesting. It's like a huge, indoor garage sale. My friend here at work has been to a couple of those auctions and say Dave's just as obnoxious and abrasive IRL...:p

American Pickers is another fun show if you like that sort of thing.

Gee, I wish I could give hotel recs but the only time I'm in a hotel is for a conference or a sample sale.

My one piece of advice is to not get a hotel room near the theater district. It's impossible for cabs to get in and out and always horribly crowded/noisy.

The one time I stayed in a hotel was for Y2K testing (don't ask) and they put us up at the Benjamin. It was pretty nice there.

Restricter, your geographic knowledge would be helpful. A couple of the hotels are in the Murry Hill district. Is that good? Looked nice.

Murray Hill is by the United Nations on the East Side, which puts you by the numbers 4,5, and 6 trains. It's also by the Queens/Midtown Tunnel.

Gramercy Park is another nice neighborhood and shouldn't be too rip-roaringly expensive. It puts you in between Greenwich Village and Midtown. There's a really nice W hotel over there.
