i was there a few weeks ago, they have decent inventory. i didn't buy anything because one of the SAs made a snarky comment to another SA (that my mom overheard) about a something i was wearing. so i quickly left. you'd think you could at least wait until the customer was out of the store before making a snarky comment.

I purchased my first and second Birkin here - largely as a walk-in. I was carrying my Bottega Veneta Cabat the first time and they were very complimentary and kind. It was a wonderful experience! I have since purchased bracelets, clic clacs, shoes and shawls from there but not so much lately now that I have moved away from Charlotte. I would definitely give it a try. Good luck!

Have worked with Herb there recently. He is wonderful!

I'm surprised that anyone there said something bad within earshot. They've always treated me well when I've visited. I've bought everything from small items to a Birkin there.

My all-time worst experience in a designer store was the Chicago Chanel store. Will never step in that store again. I was the only customer and every SA managed to ignore me completely. If they only knew how much I've spent on designer goods over the years!

Oh no! That's my home H store and they are usually much much nicer than other H stores I've been to.

I have another question also, I have only purchased H items online so this will be my 1st store visit so excuse my "store ignorance" but does H have an option to call ahead and schedule private shopping time one on one with an SA like LV does? I would love to call ahead and let the SA know what I'm looking for and have it ready to look at. wishful thinking?

If it's the first time you are establishing a relationship with a SA at that store, I'm gonna say this first visit is unlikely you can do that. Maybe in the future. But I have never been to that particular store so I could be wrong. It also depends on what you're looking for. For highly coveted things, chemistry with a good SA can be important and meeting them in person is almost required to do so.

you're right I completely forgot that I have an established relationship with my LV store. Guess I cant be VIP everywhere
