I know mine too. I have not found out exactly what part, they news people where in front of The Cheese Cake Factory then one lady they interviewed said she was in the Gap and it sound like a bomb went off and then water was coming down the floors. They where lucky that no one was hurt from what I heard a few hours ago.

I'm wondering if the SAs for scarves at South Park are nice/helpful? I'm looking for some 2011 silk and mousseline scarves and I'm afraid I will get turned down if I ask them to help me search in their nation-wide system inventory. I've never bought anything at this store before, so I may be considered a walk-in.

Anyone have updated experience for Charlotte store? I am going to be in vicinity in couple of months and wondering if I should stop by or don't bother?
I'm going for sure the weekend of July 4th, if you havent gone by that time I will message back and let you know my experience. My goal is to get some twillys, china and clic clacs

i was there a few weeks ago, they have decent inventory. i didn't buy anything because one of the SAs made a snarky comment to another SA (that my mom overheard) about a something i was wearing:mad:. so i quickly left. you'd think you could at least wait until the customer was out of the store before making a snarky comment.

oh my gossh!! I really hope I dont experience that. I planned on going while visiting my sister for her baby shower in Raleigh. Now I'm kind of taken aback :(

I purchased my first and second Birkin here - largely as a walk-in. I was carrying my Bottega Veneta Cabat the first time and they were very complimentary and kind. It was a wonderful experience! I have since purchased bracelets, clic clacs, shoes and shawls from there but not so much lately now that I have moved away from Charlotte. I would definitely give it a try. Good luck!

That's so unprofessional. I'm so sorry it happened to you!
