I have the B30 and don’t find it too heavy, depending what you put in. I have seen the B25 at the boutique and it’s much smaller - it always shocks me how small it is in real life. It always looks bigger in videos and pictures. Similarly for the B30, it’s smaller in person. Maybe they might have the two in the back to show you the difference. Sometimes they have bags that are allocated to others but they might be willing to let you see them (if they have already been opened/taken out of the box that is). The handles on the B25 are so small that you may not be able to put your hand through - but that doesn’t always matter to everyone.

I would say the LV Cappucine bag might be heavier than the B30? It’s been a while since I’ve held one but my memory is that it has substantial hardware and thick leather.

Thank you so much😊 I have heard that in real life they are much smaller. Perhaps if the boutique was bigger and they had a private room, I would assume it wouldn’t be a big issue just to show me an example bag. But since it’s so small and everyone could see it, I doubt they will bring them out. But I mean…. Can’t hurt to ask I guess lol I recently tried a medium cappucine and it was quite heavy for the size of the bag.
Isn’t it funny how most people are after a QB but have never even tried it. Just writing the above, I almost rolled my eyes at myself 🤣🤣🤣 But they are soo pretty in pictures 🥹🥹😅😅😅😅

Lols so true! I’ve thought the same thing before, funny that we chase something we’ve never even seen irl!
It is nice now that they have the floor models on display so we can at least see them. I’m often amazed at how different many look irl - it does help to narrow down your wishlist.

I was just in the store yesterday and they switched out the displays! There’s a b30 you can look at! Just cause I also went in blind asking for my first QB not having seeing it in person. My first QB was a b25 and when i got it, it was soooo tiny irl i was surprised! But it’s very cute.

Also when I was debating between a k25 or k28, my SA was able to show me a k28 and irl it wasn’t that big so I was opened to that size too but she knew I preferred the smaller sizes so she did end up getting me a k25.

I think it depends on what you’re after. Smaller bags harder to get, bigger bags may be easier, but this may also have shifted slightly as I’ve heard at some stores because they ordered more smaller bags like the 25 sizes the 30 may be less this year. Also I feel there’s more competition now? My first 2 QBs were around 1:1, but 2nd and 3rd was higher.

When I got my Kelly 28 sellier last year I had a dream the night before that when I opened the box it was gigantic (I have too many other bags that are large and conspicuous and wanted something that would transition day to night better). I had a bit of anxiety all the way to the store. I had been looking online for people wearing theirs, looking to see the size difference in sellier vs retourne which I think may have been burned into my unconscious. Unless you live somewhere that has a lot of stock or consignment stores it is hard to tell from online pics. I let another customer try mine on with her SA at the mirror and she seemed so surprised I would let her do that.

I love when they change the displays so we can see new colours and styles. There was a variety of blue and yellow bags they had in spring and the display was stunning, I forgot to snap a pic. I try and take a moment each time I go to admire the window too. It’s small but still so creative.

Hi! Locals and existing clients are normally given priority, of course there may be exceptions if one drop lots of money. The SA does not tell you how much prespend you need because prespend isn’t official but we just know it exists and this also differs depending on what bag you’re after. You’re SA will drop hints but the way it’s communicated depends on the SA and your relationship with them as well.
