I really haven’t spent much at Hermès this year. It was on my wish list for a couple of months, I really do believe it’s more important to have a good relationship with your SA and buy things you truly love rather than making it to certain spend ratios. I also don’t shop at the Brisbane store, I’ve always found it a bit weird there.

I am sorry it is a long post. Would like all of your advice.
I have started my H journey since January this year. Have bought a few pairs of shoes, some scarfs and a few SLGs. Have been waiting for a k25/b25 but I am worrying my sa is not going to offer me so easily.
Are there any signs which could tell the SA is keen to help to offer the bag? My SA did ask me in details for my wish list bag before but I am wondering if that is just part of the Hermes’s tricks.
I know half a year is a short time frame to get a b/k offered. But I really wonder if the Brisbane store has so few b/k in stock at the back of the room? Or the Gold Coast store is a better place with higher chance to score one?
Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi there, not sure if this helps but my friend spent approx 1.5-2x then was offered her B25 in gold from Brisbane store. Took her around 15 months. Yet another friend walked in there without any spend history (she doesn’t live here) and was offered one on the spot. How often are you going to the store?
I always visit the store once or twice a month. Sometimes I text my sa about what I am after so she can arrange before I can collect them from the store. Are there any sign it could tell a SA is keen to help to offer b or k?
No signs actually unless you may try to ask your SA about chances of tou scoring a B & K see what’s her response, then maybe you can tell from there. By the way, do you email or text your SA? Coz as far as I know SA in Brisbane only does email and phonecalls no texts msg.
Don't quote me but I think spending anywhere in Australia can be seen in all stores..
Yes they can see your spend history in Australia. I was at the Sydney store in July and the SA confirmed this and they can also see your wishlist.
Yes all purchases in both stores and online under your profile (same name address) can be seen by both stores...but unless you mentioned to your SA...I dont think they will purposely go and check your profile if you know what I mean...For me? On occasions that I purchase online I do share with my SA..it's usually things or colours that their store cannot get, unable to get etc or it's petit H..
