Is the Toronto Hermes boutique promising for bags: Lindy, Victoria, Evelyne, B, K? Or any RTW? Do they ship? We are visiting in a couple of months and have limited luggage space :drats:.

Hello. I've been trying to score down any birkin/Kelly from stores (Shanghai and HK mostly) but had no luck at all so far. (Rather I got KP, lindy and bean wallet) I bought three birkins from reseller at premium and realized that I could have bought one Kelly if I saved those premiums. Aww.... Still on hunt but this time in Canada as I recently moved back. I went Toronto one few weeks ago but I had no choices on anything like color/leather/hardware. Yet I put my name on wait list for any Kelly available for me. I don't think I would get any lucky call in at least two years.I am thinking to go to Montreal this time and want to try my luck there. I know it's impossible to spot a Kelly on shelve but at least I can choose what I want when I put myself on wait list in montreal, right? How do you think? Anyone got the Kelly from Montreal store lately after waiting?

Hermes keep changing birkin policy. Now, one per year. In order to stop multiple account, you need personal appearance n id to create a file n put u on wait list.
I visted the Calgary store last month and I was told that there was no waiting list. I could only be considered for a Birkin if I was a "loyal" client. Meaning I would have to buy a number of other Hermes items. I am really turned off by the whole process. I don't want to spend thousands of dollars on stuff that I don't want without even a guarantee I will get a Birkin.
You're probably better off buying from a reseller. That way, you get the colour and hardware you want. It may cost more, but you get what you want.
Kaleidoplace, Haute Gallery and Sandiaexchange sell Birkins at reasonable prices.
I saw two orange Victorias on the shelf the last time I was in. Didn't look at RTW. It is unlikely you'll be offered a B or K as a walk-in. They will ship in Canada only. Hermes is also starting an on-line boutique in Canada later this year.
I had the same experience as fatcat2523. The SA was rude and told me only their top clients could get a Birkin!
Can someone please help me.....can a walk-in person just go into H Toronto and place an order for a Birkin? From reading some previous threads it seems like sometimes you can, and sometimes not?? Or is there a new policy implemented recently? TIA!
