Hi Bangkok ladies and gentlemen,
I am going to be in Bangkok for the first time in a couple of weeks. Which is the best Hermes store to visit? and I guess around there it will be a nice shopping area, but, as I am here, what shopping do you recommend in Bangkok?

Also, I am travelling on business and then staying on my own the weekend to see the city. How is it to be a woman alone in Bangkok? any special precautions I should take? Sorry for the off-topic, but I would really trust the views of people in this thread so taking advantage!

hello, was in your situation very recently. i went to Siam Paragon and Central Embassy store, I find there were nicer goods in Siam Paragon (Central Embassy has low traffic, but the bags were not that attractive to me, and also fewer selection). i find shopping in Siam Center the best, for Thai designers. I would recommend taking BTS/MRT over taxi to avoid being ripped off, if you do need to take taxi, ask whether they will go by meter (instead of an agreed fee). Thai people are usually very friendly IMO so if you are in touristy/busy areas, you are likely to be fine. Do PM me if you need more advice!

Thanks!
I will be staying in the Anantara Siam, so I guess this is close to Siam Paragon and Siam Center right? (sorry for the ignorance but just starting to plan the trip).
Any recommendations on Thai designers are welcome!

Hi all! I read that there was a H boutique open last month in Phuket, does anyone know what stock is like?

Also what prices are like compared to Australia? TIA

I’m back in Bangkok! Does anyone have any intel on the Mini Lindy?

I was just in China and the price was 40,000 Chinese yuan and the only ones available are for display only.
