Visited paragon and central embassy and was appalled at the service at both but especially central embassy. Saw a hat I liked at paragon but they were out of my size. I had to force the sa there to call central embassy to inquire whether they had my size. They did. At central embassy, the sa claimed they did not have that size at all. My husband was appalled and told the sa that they do have it because paragon called for us. She insisted they didn't but finally relented and went to check. She came out with it and her demeanor was completely uninterested in assisting at all. I planned to not buy it at all even though I liked it because the sa's behavior was appalling. How do they generally treat tourists? I was not even shown twillies. So dissappointed - looked forward to visiting the Bangkok Hermes boutiques.
I definitely will not buy from such service and treatment

I am so sorry to hear that. I am going to Bangkok next week and was intending to visit both stores. Fingers crossed.
Hermes Thailand boutiques iare so famous for its poor service. You have to be a well known socialite or famous movie star. You may expect a better service if you are looking to buy any H bag.
Wow thanks for the insight! I had no idea. Usually buying non purse items in the U.S. yields better service.. 😐 I have never seen so many Hermes bags in one day in bulk! Lots of Kelly's! Amazed.
