The scarf is the 70cm Aloha design in dip dye for FW19. I don't think it has made it to stores just yet. Also, you might want to keep an eye on the seasonal scarf thread here instead.

Availability will depend on what each store bought, especially given the high price point. That said, it will be returning in SS20, so if one isn't able to get one for FW19, there's still SS20.

Great to know... I am debating when to have a trip to Paris.... can i expect that Paris would be one of the firsts to get FW19 items and that it might be hitting the stores any minute from now?
And do the items come in a specific orders? Like RTW -> Accessories -> Scarf -> leather items?
Paris has already received AW RTW/ silks and so have stores in the US and Asia. Deliveries come randomly and in batches. There is no specific order as the various categories are produced in totally different ateliers.

Hi all, I’m in a dilemma at the moment. My local boutique in Australia doesn’t have this prefall 19 cardigan coat I really want to get. I’m going back to Malaysia and turns out they have them. But I’m going to Paris end Nov, does anyone know if there’s a chance that my cardigan coat from prefall 19 will still be available then? I assume stock levels in Paris will be much better but not sure if the cardigan coat will still be there.. will prefall collection stay till end nov? Or will it be mostly SS20?

You know, the more I see this dress the less I like it. I hate that the design doesn't extend to the hem and that there's a large swatch of plain fabric on the skirt. This is a dress with leopard print and amorous animals. It should make the wearer look wild and sexy. Instead it's got cuffed sleeves and that prim buttoned up collar - very schoolmarm. :-/
I somehow don't think "wild and sexy" was the goal here (or with a lot of H RTW).
The sleeves are too long on her and the hem too. It looks great on the runway though.
