Yes, I printed them on regular computer paper, using a laser color printer

I printed the JPG file downloaded from the stock images provided here on the thread. In printing options, I selected "Scale to Fit" and "Print Entire Image." I selected the quantity "2" for "Copies Per Page," and this automatically scaled the images without me having to specify a percentage.

It scaled two copies of the image onto a single piece of regular printer paper. After that, just trim and fold like you would bias fold a real piece of silk. I bias-folded both ways.

I had found the idea on here on Maitai's blog awhile back, and thought it very cute and clever. Hope this helps! :flowers:
That's GREAT! Thank you so much for sharing the detailed instructions..!:smile:

Cowboy style is the only style of tying a scarf I am half way competent at - the fabric on the Mumbai feels solid because of the tight weave but the fact the fringed edge is so unprotected just makes it a danger zone for someone as clumsy as me. This is why I always go back to 90 cm silk twills - no pilling, no fraying, pretty colourfast, good for temperate climates. I've still almost ruined a few but I have to try hard to do it; first day I wore Caparacons I got dirt, chocolate cake and ball point pen on it and they all washed out with no damage. I don't baby my bags either . Back to the parade of excellent scarves viewers..............
How did you wash the scarf to get those stains out?
