How can one be VIP if this is a new store? Who are these VIPs? I don’t think BKC are offered at openings?! No pre-spent history? ! Maybe Picotin, TPM?

What has she been saying? Why do I feel like there’s so much controversy already and the store hasn’t even “opened”..
Never been to a Hermes store but I was hopeful that the austin store would be like the austin lv in terms of friendliness..
Perhaps they were considered a VIP in another Tx store but lived in Austin who had no store. Now they are making this Austin store their home store.
This thread is so darn entertaining. In my opinion there is a bit of an Hermes “groupie” thing that happens too. For example, the lady in the pink dress needed to come back to the store multiple times why? To shop more? Or bc she enjoyed being there while 200 other people waited in line?

The head of security told us that the SAs that were there invited their VIPs from other stores (Texas + other states) and they had appointments all day. I heard a lady say "My Vegas SA is here and invited me". She left with a mini Kelly 2 btw

I don't understand this. Even if there was the case of SAs from other stores coming in to help yesterday, why would they not want that client to save their $$ and spend it with them in Vegas instead where they would receive, you know... a commission & assistance on their OWN sales goals.... Good luck to that client back in Vegas I guess after cheating on their home store

This could be true. This is a way to boost clientele in the newly ipened store. Who knows that SA might get commission for referring that customer VIP to the Austin store.I don't understand this.
