OMG...C18 should not be a hard-to-get color! My sa named Vola. She keeps telling me that i should buy more stuff to prove my royalty to hermes...Now I am really considering to find my luck in madison or wall street store

Oh, no.... I wouldn't be comfortable hearing something like that. I never felt that I was pushed into making a purchase. I wonder if it's okay to switch SA in a same boutique. For me, I never had a good experience at the short hill location. I felt like I was ignored & never got any call from SA there at all.

I have a fren who shopped at Short Hill H once and refuse to go back! She hates the SAs there.. she said they r all cold n unfriendly towards her

I echo whoever upthread said that they dislike BOTH NJ stores. Still Bergen is way better than SH. I do know that Bergen considers a C as rare as a B or K. Whenever I ask about bags, they usually have a K in the back but only mentioned a C once . . . and I've been going since the Grand Opening. They had a Barnia B30 last month in the back BTW.

And if u are a new client, I would look elsewhere if u only want to get a B eventually.

Interesting to know they actually get bags. I go in both stores now and window shop what I want to order with my out of state SA. It irks them, but I'm tired of their games.

Okay... going to the holiday party again this year since I'll be working from home that day anyway. Hope that I won't feel awkward going solo but curious to see what kind of cake it would be this year. I also love seeing everyone's SO Hermés there.
