Thank you for sharing this! It certainly helps me to prepare my expectations for the trip! I think I will just go whenever the timing allows & see if I would be allowed in. Also, 5:1 is ALOT.. is that why the thread here is less active as people don’t really get much successful stories :D

I was offered a LARGE croc kelly like 20 years ago as a walk in (I think it was a kelly 32 or even 35)! But since then it has gotten really rough in Seoul H. They have a very loyal established local client base. I couldn't even make it into a single H boutique last summer and I was there for 2 months. The queue was crazy everywhere.

I suggest you try the Shilla and Shinsegae stores which have duty free Hermes. A QB may not be possible but they do have handbags, wallets, SLGs etc in both leather and exotics. For the flagship and Lotte tower stores. You'll need to wait in line foe the appointment which can be tricky.

Wow were you pretty up front about asking if they had any bags ? Planning to visit later this year and want to try my chances for a non qb I’ve had my eye on. I heard they are more up front with prespend - like hey I’ll sell you x if you buy z. But not sure if that’s true, and if they will be turned off buy someone walking in and inquiring if they have bags.
Anyone know if there are good reseller places in Korea too, or if that’s mostly a thing in Japan ? I know Korea has a ton of super fakes so seems a bit risky

Hi All! I'm going to Korea soon and want to check out the local H stores. Does anyone know where I can find the current price for a K25 sellier and Mini Kelly? Also, does anyone know if prices went up in Korea this month like the US and Europe? I didn't see anything in the Hermes Current Prices thread for Korea. Thanks so much in advance!

Try going to the duty free Hermes stores in Shinsegae and Shila.

I did managed to get a mini Lindy in blue pale 2 years ago at Busan. $0 pre-spend. I was standing beside this customer looking at this mini Lindy but decided not to get it. The SA then ask me if I am interested. Of cos I am.
I also regretted not to get another mini Lindy in Lime with Sangle Maxi Quadrille strap from the FSH in Seoul when I was the first in line.. only one bag available. It was about 7.8 Mil KRW after tax refund then.. 😭 now it is 10 Mil KRW!!!

visited Hermes Dosan today - had a good amount of bags readily available: geta (maybe Gris perle) mini jypsiere (bleu frida), ITL 26 (dark greys), vert comics alligator c18, orange alligator Della and some others. No ML or picos and obviously no bkc.

Staff cannot be bothered to help lol especially tourists.
