Hi ladies! Just wonder if anyone knows if the Hermes boutique at Incheon Airport Terminal 2 is opened now? I checked the ICN’s website and it’s on the map, but when I cross-checked H’s website it seems that there is only one shop located at Terminal 1 only?:confused1: It’s really confusing...appreciate any input! Thanks!!!

I go to Korea every year. It's open. I was there in the past summer & January this year as well. I highly recommend H DFS in Lotte tower if you're actually entering Korea. Not as busy & they usually have good stuff available. Besides that tower has all the world's most luxury brands in there beautifully displayed.

Not sure about T2 but there’s two H boutiques in T1! Don’t remember which gates it was close to but it’s within 10-15 min walking distance.

I would like to add that Lotte World Tower has TWO h stores inside. I was so confused because it was my first time seeing one mall with multiple H. They both sell bags, RTW, slg, jewelry, etc.

One is on the first floor. The other is on 5/6th? I forgot. The inventory seemed pretty good imo. I visit Korea quite frequently and the one at Lotte Tower is the only store (from my own experience) to have multiple rodeos on display. It's also the only store where I actually saw someone score a b/k in Korea. Hope this helps!

Hi!! Can anyone share your experience in Korea’s Hermes? I will be travelling to Seoul/jeju/busan.

I have heard stores in Seoul requires an appointment? But I can’t find any details on it online sadly :(

Would appreciate any guidance/experience from you all thank you:)

I believe you don't get to make an appointment unless you are an established customer for that specific boutique. It's a bit weird but they have this thing called "open-run," meaning you will be standing outside in a line before the department store opens and have to make a run when the department store opens, to Hermes boutique entrance to be considered "in-line" to get into the store later in the day. It's first-come-first-serve, so if you're slow on your open-run vs. the other runners, you'll be let in much later in the day to the boutique.

They'll ask you to put in your info and youre in queue from that point. I believe most ppl spend time within the department store until they're called. Some days you won't be able to get in unless you participate in the running in the morning, some days you may get lucky and get in even if you show up at like 11am to put your name in the queue.

I've heard non-department stores such as Dosan and Shilla are easier to get into, not sure if ppl line up at those before opening.

As for prespend, Korea is pretty rough, I've seen numbers upwards of 5:1 on some Korean bag forums
