Hi ladies! Just wonder if anyone knows if the Hermes boutique at Incheon Airport Terminal 2 is opened now? I checked the ICN’s website and it’s on the map, but when I cross-checked H’s website it seems that there is only one shop located at Terminal 1 only? It’s really confusing...appreciate any input! Thanks!!!
Ahh thanks a lot Monique!I go to Korea every year. It's open. I was there in the past summer & January this year as well. I highly recommend H DFS in Lotte tower if you're actually entering Korea. Not as busy & they usually have good stuff available. Besides that tower has all the world's most luxury brands in there beautifully displayed.

Yup that’s what I saw from the ICN official website too! Thanks for confirming! Not sure about T2 but there’s two H boutiques in T1! Don’t remember which gates it was close to but it’s within 10-15 min walking distance.
I believe you don't get to make an appointment unless you are an established customer for that specific boutique. It's a bit weird but they have this thing called "open-run," meaning you will be standing outside in a line before the department store opens and have to make a run when the department store opens, to Hermes boutique entrance to be considered "in-line" to get into the store later in the day. It's first-come-first-serve, so if you're slow on your open-run vs. the other runners, you'll be let in much later in the day to the boutique.Hi!! Can anyone share your experience in Korea’s Hermes? I will be travelling to Seoul/jeju/busan.
I have heard stores in Seoul requires an appointment? But I can’t find any details on it online sadly
Would appreciate any guidance/experience from you all thank you![]()

They'll ask you to put in your info and youre in queue from that point. I believe most ppl spend time within the department store until they're called. Some days you won't be able to get in unless you participate in the running in the morning, some days you may get lucky and get in even if you show up at like 11am to put your name in the queue.Hey!! Thank you for your replyi see, do you know if you continue to wait outside or we have to get a queue number & come back later?
Interested to know about prespending as well haha not sure if anyone knows![]()
