thats so rude. i've been to that store twice in the past two weeks and only once did somebody ask if i needd help with anything. people are just bustling around and its really a zoo. when i went to ring up, the cashier was this really nice old man and he was like did anyone help you today? and i'm like no. he's like well thats not very nice at all. it made me feel a little better.

i still don't like riverhead that much, too much made for factory outlet stuff. and i saw one of the SA's go where the hamptons factory stuff is and lie and say oo we just got those in from the store.ehh that store was better when it was smaller.

Your right-it was a much better store when it was smaller. It's definitely hit or miss. There was a lot of great deals there yesterday but I have also gone in and walked out with nothing.

I would've probably said something to the store manager. This obviously wasn't the first time she's said that, being she felt so comfortable doing so.

You might of gotten a better discount as an apology for her rudeness. You could still call them.

I hate rude people! It just shows their insecurity and jealousy!

It also gives mid 20s women a bad rap! (I'm 26 this June)

That is beyond rude. I mean, thinking it is one thing but actually saying it out loud to a loyal, paying customer? I wouldn't even dream of doing that and I worked in retail for quite some time. She needs to learn how to connect her mouth to her brain. And then if I were you, I'd connect my foot to her ass.

yeah, thats is very rude ! she should not be working with the public with that atitude.

some people hate the carly some love it .

i didn't care it when it first came out but when i seen it model on here - i fell in love.

I was in the Coach factory store in Riverhead today looking for a few gifts and great buys. I had one SA helping me who seemed to be a very sweet girl. All of a sudden she notices that I have the large denim Carly on my shoulder and she starts telling me how UGLY it is!!!! I kid you not! I mean WTF???:wtf: I am not upset that she doesn't like the bag-to each her own-but to make that comment to me OUT LOUD in the middle of a busy store was just too much. I can't imagine that Coach want their SA's to say things like this to customers wearing ANY bag, much less one of their own! I actually asked her if she was feeling alright? She said I am fine, WHY? I said there had to be good reason for her to make such a rude comment to a customer. I could have gotten really PO'd but I decided that I was too happy with the things I found and I am way too happy with my large denim Carly to let her get me crazy so I just walked away and paid for my selections. I just had to share that bit of insanity with all of you. :shrugs:

Sorry that happened to you!

If I was you tho I would have smiled nicely at that dumb girl

Ask to speak with the manager

Then proceed to tell the manager how much I love coach-i even brought this bag before its debut

Then tell her thanks to her fabulous sa she has convinced me otherwise referring to the rude comments she made

Dump the items I was going to buy and find myself another outlet if the manager doesn't make an attempt to correct that behavior

I would never make a comment like that outloud about a fake much less a real!
