I don't know why they'd be ignoring your emails, that's kind of rude. It might be that they don't understand what you're asking, being as they're a foreign company. Maybe try calling them instead? Here's their number: 084-608-0808
I know on a few occasions a couple of the people I've had questions for on Ebay have just ignored my messages. I finally figured out that they can't understand what I'm asking, as English is not their language.

I should think so. It's a foreign number, if that's what you mean. Don't forget to put '011' in front of the number to dial out of the US, and then drop the zero on the country code. Good luck.

But the answer for me is always bag in the pic is authentic but I see the reply to others was just a simple word "authentic". Make me feel that is it this site not trusted? Thanks! Maybe this is my first time so abit sensitve. As I see the same person who help to authentic bag. Comment on other gals bag with just one word "authentic" but when it come to mine it become "bag shown in photo is authentic" so just feel is she trying to say the pic is but the actual bag might not be.. lol
