Sorry i totally forgot to share...i ended up buying the GG canvas with the bee!
I just couldn't help myself! I was worried about the soho disco leather softening up and the bag losing it's shape over time, and the gg canvas has a stiffer leather on surrounding the canvas and i love the shape of the bag so i didn't want it to warp. I also find that i generally wear black, white, grey, camel...that this bag really popped when worn with neutral colours. Lastly..i kind of wanted something that was a bit more unique and special...the soho disco is such a popular style, and i was hoping for something a little "out of the ordinary"

Oops sorry it took me forever to see this!
I bought mine from the Gucci store in Vancouver, they ordered it from the Toronto store for me.
I first tried it on at Neiman Marcus in NJ though

I'm glad you made this choice! I see the Disco too often and have not seen this Navy monogram bee in person before! The supreme canvas with the cloth strip down the middle is still iconic Gucci therefore maybe classic and the little gold bee is just added flair. You make me want this bag too. Congrats!
