Help w stain/ mark on birkin !

Just noticed today I have this mark on this baby !! I’m assuming it’s either some water mark or hand sanitizer ..could be a number of things .. I tried to rub it off w microfiber wash cloth that was damp but nothing changed
Any recommendations would be appreciated
Is this something that needs to go to spa ?

I would send this photo to your SA and seek their professional advice. It's such a pretty color, I hope it can be restored.

Yes, contact the store pronto. I once spilled hot tea all over a toile birkin & Hermes did wonders with it.

I will tomorrow !! I hope it can be repaired bc it will haunt me .. I know it’s not a big deal but I’m just being honest that I know it will just eat away at me

The longer the stain sits, the harder it is to get rid of it. I have successfully removed a similar stain from a Kelly bag with leather conditioner and leather honey. With a LV bag where the stains was deeper, I had to use some bio oil as well, both repairs was successful. But if you can get it to Hermes as fast as possible I would check with them first.

Thats a good tip, I always keep baby wipes with me, they are my go to first aid kit for any stains. I just make sure they are alcohol free.

The pampers brand I found the most effective. I use the organic baby wipes on my son’s butt. That one I found less effective on bags.

PLEASE do not use baby wipes on your bags. Please. This has been discussed extensively. They can damage your bag.

Of course it is up to you, but PSA.

I was going to say it looks like hand sanitizer. Glad you were able to send it to H and hope you get your lovely B back soon!
