Couldn't you buy it from the Austrian site and give your usual address. By law there should be no trade barriers between EU countries or shoppers?

Well i am a bit confused, the US started sales a couple of days ago.

But Europe will first start sales around the 10 of June right?

I'm pretty sure the sales will be worldwide so no need to worry. The only difference is they coincide with the usual sale time for each locality (even though, because of US sales and easier international imports, in Europe this has meant almost a month earlier than it was traditionally)

I've never taken part in the Gucci (or any designer) sale before, is there a reason why the UK one is around a month after the US one?

I don't know, this year's weir! The UK's invited private sale is usually 7-10 days before the UK's general sale, but this year it was early (as in the private sale seemed like only about a week after the US/Canada started). We're still in May. I'm sure the US/Canada public sales were almost over buy the time my SA called me in previous years.
