i am the same way, must touch and feel the bag before buying it. i will definatley need to test the straps with heavy load of stuff to see how it will sink into my shoulder.
Very cute charm, and love the bag organizer idea. would you mind sharing your bag organizer? i've been wanted to get one but have never seem one IRL, are there any local store sells them?
want to add, Macys is having a Friends and Family sale now, its 25% off and it works on this bag, i am debating if i should just cancel my Bloomingdales order (20% + 10% off) and get it from Macys for 25% off instead.
@HelloKittyGirl: Yes, I agree with you. There are times when I am not too convinced about the straps that I actually ask the SA to gimme some bean bags (the ones they put in boots to keep its shape) and I drop them all in the bag to see how the shape changes, how comfy the straps are, and determine whether the bag will sag over time!

I got several purse organizers, let me share with you their product links:
Kangaroo Keeper Bag Organizer

Hubby got this for me from I think Wal-greens when I was in LA. It is boxed and inside there are two sizes - small and large. If you have many small items, you can put the smaller one into the bigger one so that you will have countless pockets to stash you glosses, keys, Band-Aids, cotton swab etc. If not, you can use them individually... use the big one for totes and the smaller one in purses. The downside to this product is that the nylon fabric is very soft, therefore, it does not give you a structured organizer unless of course, you stuff it full with your items. If I recall correctly, hub hub paid $19.99 for the set, in Canada, they are available at Wal-mart for $29.99.
MyTagAlongs Purse Organizer - Satin

I use this one with my MK tote and LV NF GM and MM as these two totes are huge!!!! like, seriously, how can anyone be expected to whip out their house keys NOW if you dont have a specific pocket to stash them in?! LOL The pro about this organizer is that it is stiff with shape with the added bonus of two mini metal handles for easy purse change (literally the lift and drop method from one bag to the other)! The con to this product is that it can be a little heavy since it is made of metal (handles) and cardboard (the body of the organizer). There are many colours to choose from, from solid basics like red and black to fun patterns like plaids and leopard print (MY FAV!). There are two sizes to choose from as well - small and large. One more thing... if you really think it's heavy, you can definitely choose the soft version from this line... exactly the same concept as the Kangaroo Organizer but with more colours to choose from. Now that it is the holiday season, you should see whether they have gift boxes available... it comes with a BONUS PURSE HOOK... and yes, it works well!~

IMO, I would cancel the order and re-order from Macy's... a little price difference but hey... work out the cost-per-wear relative to the extra wait time (dunno how long!!!!!!) and that small % of saving is not really worth it!~ haha Let us know what you will do!

Again, sorry for the delay in mod pix... will post once I get my beloved camera back...sigh... and I will also post pix of my purse organizers!

Hope it helps.
