I tried everything the tooth paste, white vinegar, magic eraser, white eraser. The only thing that somewhat worked to remove it was hairspray. But it didn't remove all of it and started removing the pink. I might call a leather restoration place. Bummed :/

Is the mark on the front or back of the bag? If it isn't noticeable when worn, I would just leave it. The more you touch it, the worse the mark may become. In time, the mark will remind you of your kid :)

Oh no!!! I have a 4 y/o & I'd pass out if she did something like that! Luckily she knows how precious mama's handbags are to her ;)
I unfortunately have no advice, but can you ask the SAs at coach for help? Good luck!!!

She knows what Momma's purses mean to me too. She did it on total accident, but I had been telling her to put that sharpie down...and next thing I know she's holding my purse hiding behind it in shame. I knew instantly what happened. Agghhh It's on the back of the bag right in the center, towards the bottom. :crybaby:

Maybe you need to try those solutions mentioned above even if they pick a little of the pink, just be very careful so it takes the less amount of pink possible and then get an acrylic paint to match and try to cover the spots where the pink was removed with a tiny brush so you can control the look. Sometimes making lots of little dots of paint instead of just one big spot gives a better looking result.
Good luck.
