I decided to just leave it as it is. I'm not a fussy customer but imho, the SA where I live (Kuala lumpur) is extremely unapproachable. Most of the time when I'm in the store, I am not attended. To be frank, I rather pay myself than negotiate with them. I bought my Alma in Australia. Plus, the gst refund is greatthat's so nice to hear

Omg! Lucky u!! All I get is a cold hearted SA that said "must be some chemical or perfume" n then she continues folding some scarf in front of meRight now I'm at my local LV and showed them the chipping and they are exchanging the chipped part for me [emoji4] that's what I call great customer service! I'm waiting on my item with an espresso right now.

Thanks ladies. I read in this forum someone have the same problem with her one month speedy. So perhaps it is normal? I think I'll lower down my expectations in regards of the quality. I don't want to wait 3 months for the repair even if it is free. So disappointed & defeated. Thanks for your replies. It is much appreciated
