i don't have a neverfull (actually i had one shortly and later sold), but there's minimal hardware so should be ok:)

Thank you for your reply. I'm so excited for the Neverfull with the rose ballerine interior and wouldn't want to be sad later on.
If you don't mind me asking, why did you end up selling your Neverfull? I plan to sell my MK tote and "upgrade" onto the Neverfull as a treat to myself [emoji4] really appreciate your opinion and am open to other suggestions which fit a laptop.

it was GM and simply too big. my first LV and i didn't know how to care for the vachetta (back then they only had monogram neverfulls). i also had a gucci tote i liked better which served the same function.

so i moved on to damier ebene bags, and then epi, vernis and empriente;)

rose ballerine is a gorgeous colour! hope you get your dream bag!

Right now I'm at my local LV and showed them the chipping and they are exchanging the chipped part for me [emoji4] that's what I call great customer service! I'm waiting on my item with an espresso right now.

that's so nice to hear:smile:

margaerytyrell, i hope your issue can be resolved with LV as well?
I decided to just leave it as it is. I'm not a fussy customer but imho, the SA where I live (Kuala lumpur) is extremely unapproachable. Most of the time when I'm in the store, I am not attended. To be frank, I rather pay myself than negotiate with them. I bought my Alma in Australia. Plus, the gst refund is great :happydance:

Omg! Lucky u!! All I get is a cold hearted SA that said "must be some chemical or perfume" n then she continues folding some scarf in front of me :crybaby:how long does it take replace your part? Mine take 3 bloody months

Thanks ladies. I read in this forum someone have the same problem with her one month speedy. So perhaps it is normal? I think I'll lower down my expectations in regards of the quality. I don't want to wait 3 months for the repair even if it is free. So disappointed & defeated. Thanks for your replies. It is much appreciated

Hi, I just found your post and I have the same issues on the gold hardware with my Alma BB. But the chipping on my bag is a lot worst (on 3 parts of the same handle)! I too am considering taking it to the KL boutique but I'm a little nervous about the price I would have to pay and I do not have an SA that I deal with as I bought it from their official website. I have the bag for around 5 months but i BARELY even used it (only on special occasions). It's extremely heartbreaking to see it happen as I really baby the bag like crazy. Somehow knowing it's a common issue it's also a little comforting:angel: at least I know for sure it's not due to my mishandling. So I'm just wondering what happened to your bag in the end, whether the chipping got worst, and whether you sent it for repair in the end, whether for free or how much did it cost you. Appreciate if you could share! Thanks!
