I agree with the others...the diamond necklace is a classic that she will wear forever.

I'd get her the bezel set diamond pendant, it's simple and classic. The other two Tiffany necklaces are a bit more trendy and she may not wear them as often as she grows up. And btw it's really sweet of you to get your sister a gift for college!
