I am sorry to hear that... but instead of arguing with her, may be you can just let her buy it first, and compare your LV with the one she bought, she might learn something from it....ush:

I taught my little sister to swear off fakes by giving a real life comparison of a fake LV and an authentic LV side by side. After she saw the distinct disparity in workmanship and feel, she's now with me on the Dark Side.

Just tell her the fake wallet will stink of plastic. Because they do. Many people here have posted about stinky "toxic" fakes Has she ever carried a real LV before? Maybe let her borrow one of yours for the day? Then she'll see the difference!

Well, apparently it's "peer-pressure" for her to buy that fake LV. Anyhoo, i showed her the disclaimer on vuitton.com regarding counterfit items. I think she finally realized that there's no such thing as "LV onsale" and that the only authentic LV is from Elux or at LV stores. ***phew****

Maybe convince her to find bags on ebay. Most of the time it's cheaper and all of us can help her authenticate.

Glad things worked out for you and your sister I personally would probably throw the fake bag out when she's not looking LOL! Then again, you guys probably have less sibling rivalry.
