I'm w/ you sjunky, when you have your heart set on something and already had the design set in your head, I'm sure it was a disappointment when the ring arrived. I'm glad to hear that they are providing excellent CS and providing a refund and you can start again. Keep us posted.

Thanks ladies. I love the style of the ring, but they set the basket too low for my liking and for my bands to sit where I like them. I also want to see my stone suspended and that lil diamond is blocking my veiw . lol. I am getting a new setting.
I was told my bands would sit flush and I would see the culet of the stone, since neither is true, they offered a refund.

Great news! I hope the new setting will be perfect. It will look nicer and be more comfortable on once you get the setting that sits flush.
I also like to see my diamond suspended so that I can view it from it's sides. See as much of the gorgeous stone as we can

sjunky, I love your rings. So pretty. Your setting reminds me of mine! I think I know what you mean about wanting the basket higher. Mine is set like that. From the base of my ring to the top of the stone measures just about 3/8". Mine sits high and the entire basket is exposed from the side that my wedding band is on. I love your ring! Yes that is what I mean. With a basket you need the hisht or your rings will get all wonky. Haha. I am not going to rush it and I will find the perfect one.
