Time to update!
I took the luuuurvely Kelly into the store today to compare it against the noir nacre swatch and to get the experts opinion - the Kelly IS noir nacre (you can really tell when it's next to black boxcalf) so I'm thrilled
! I tried to take a few pics of it next to "normal" black box, but as HG said, it doesn't really show in pics, except that it looks more glossy.The pics at the beginning of this thread are pretty accurate.
^^^Lucky girl! That is one of my holy grail bags!!! A real rarity too. Yours is only the second time I've heard of someone owning it, much less seeing one.
There is a downside, though...apparently the more I have it polished/cleaned, the less apparent the "nacre" will be, over time.
