I know the Pigalle 100 will be available to buy in nude patent around Nov/Dec time but not sure about the 120.

Net-a-porter still has some sizes in white ... although just saw you wanted an 8.5 which isnt available (sorry!) Maybe a return might pop up?

I'm after a pair of clic clac booties in a 38 or 38.5. I saw some posted in the D&S thread last week at NM online but I was too slow. Does anyone know if any of the NM store still have some? (I'm in New Zealand so its a little difficult to drop in to check!)

Yes they are still available, I checked with her and she said she'll only ship to US bidders , I'm from Europe.
