I want to say that BG had them.
I know BH and SCP don't (SCP has the women's ones IIRC).
Just called BH and they have them only in white.... and BG didn't carry them!He really wanted the black too! Bummer!!

when hunting for the classic alti today, the sales rep at horatio asked me if i wanted to get on the long waiting list for the spiked alti... get on it!! 
I don't know if they came in 140, but nude patent declic 120's were exclusive to the CL boutiques in the UK. Try calling them.

Youpli's were exclusive to CL boutiques:
Nude Satin - Horatio
Purple Satin - JJR? (I think it was this one - they were only available in France)
Fuschia Satin - Miami
Black Satin - Horatio
