Like Skislope said, Kim Kardashian's pair is on eBay right now and these might be the ones you find suspect. It looks like the sole was repainted black on her pair, but they are authentic.

depends on your foot shape : it's like feticha sizing so TTS could work or you may need 1/2 size down or 1/2 size up if you have narrow or wide feet
