I'd ask. I've never returned anything. I know sale shoes are final purchase at the boutiques though. Good luck!

If the shoes you purchased we're not on sale you should have been able to exchange or get a boutique credit. If they said no returns they probably meant that you cannot return and get your money back.

Appreciate it. When I call on Monday, I'll ask them if they ship them can they be returned if they don't fit. If I go to the store and try them on, then I am not worried.

I've seen it... but yes it will quite expensive :0( I've emailed customer service and the french stores. Hope they will return with possitive answer....!!!

Heida, have you tried net-a-porter? There was one Pigalle 120 style if I remember correctly. a very very dark chocolate brown python. And I think there's currently availabitly for a basic black patent 120m style in pamjenkins.

Yeah I have been looking both at net-a-porter and Pam Jenkins but my size is sold out at Pam Jenkins and the python ones at net-a porter are a bit too expensive for me at the moment...

Ok, then maybe Ekseption? They currently stock a basic black kid Pigalle in 120 and are about to launch an e-shop. Maybe give it a try?

I called Costa Mesa and they said that you can return but only for store credit (available for use at any boutique but not online)
