Help Me Decide: Coussin BB or Pochette Metis East West

For the leather goods, he is not wrong. And it’s just upwards from there, and seems to show no signs of ending increases, lol. But that’s another conversation. It was an “extra” $1000 for the coussin but I do love that leather, it feels really lux. And I think in the bb size will wear well and keep its shape. But you have to love it and want to wear it. So if the EW is more likely to get used or you won’t be able to stop thinking about it, I’d say pause and think. It was the other way around for me. I decided that what I really wanted was the coussin and the EW wasn’t going to scratch that itch, so I saved a bit longer and went for that. Good luck!!!
I remember the price of the Coussin when it first came out. Having the financial means isn't the issue. However, in my head justifying spending that amount for such a small bag, is another story. LOL! I love them both, but, as earlier mentioned, the EW does seem a tad small for my "essentials" that I carry. Thanks for the discussion! I'll update whenever I make the purchase.

I had both of these bags on my radar for a while. I ended up getting the side trunk in black leather. Which I love, but…. Still dreaming of a Coussin. But in PM size.

What’s keeping me from the Coussin is wear to the leather. It looks so soft and prone to scuffs. I’d like to carry it often so really not sure yet if I want to take the chance on one.

love the EW but I have so many tiny bags already.

I've read reviews and it seems to wear pretty well (after being carried for more than a year). The only complaint I've seen is the chain changing colors where the links connect. Otherwise, it seems fine. I wouldn't be carrying it everyday. However, it wouldn't be just a special occasion bag either. I love small, cross-body bags when I travel or a day out shopping. Several years ago (circa 2017), I used my Chanel Urban Spirit backpack as an everyday bag and the lambskin is ruined. I wasn't aware it was so delicate. Lesson learned.
