Help me choose: Palm Springs Mini or Tiny Backpack?

They're both really cute but go with the one that fits your lifestyle and what you intend to carry. If need be, take your main items and try fitting them in each to see how you feel. I have the PSM but the mini would probably fit my card holder, keys and phone just fine!
As for availability, each store (US) gets at least one in stock every week. If your SA isn't letting you know, just go to one of the international sites (France for example), type the name in the search field and use the locator button to type United States. It'll show you which states and stores have the item.

I love the PSM a lot better than the Tiny backpack. But I am a bigger fan of the monogram than the plain. I'm sure by now you have already made your choice, but I wanted to add my two cents in. 
In the US it is difficult to get your hands on a PSM for sure! I just kept visiting the boutique until finally they had one!
Count me in on the minority voting for the tiny. Just got it in the pastel bi Color scheme (unsure of the name) and love it, i wear it crossbody, and fits everything I need when I need to “grab & go” (keys, cardholder, phone, glasses, lip) and I especially love the zippered compartment in the back, to slip in cash or cards if you don’t want to carry a cardholder.
