Help me choose a watch with my ring!

1) If you are okay with it, may we see photos of the ring? Just to get an idea of what we're starting off with and how we can find something that compliments the aesthetics/design of your ring.
2) If you already have a collection of watches, is there something missing in your collection? Or would this be your first watch purchase?
3) Do you have a preference on the following:
- gold color (RG, YG) vs stainless steel
- diamonds vs no diamonds?
- automatic vs quartz?
