Help me choose a dainty YG pendant for everyday...

It's the perfect understated piece that goes with anything and is simple enough to be layered. The VCA is more difficult to layer with.

I prefer the Sydney Evan. It looks more classic and it's more affordable. To me, VCA's clover looks a bit ... uhm.... Well, my young niece said "it's like Hello Kitty for big girls."

I'd pick the VCA.

Would you consider a diamond pendant instead? Perhaps a Tiffany DBTY or something similar?

VCA is very popular but there is very little gold, and MOP though beautiful is not a precious stone. It also does not have the durability of a diamond if you want to wear it all the time. If you wear it in the shower some shampoos and conditioners could damage it, so it would not be a carefree piece IMO!!

What surprised me was how light weight and frail some VCA pieces were!

Hard decision though because it is classic and beautiful!

Back in September, I was contemplating getting a VCA Sweet Alhambra clover bracelet but after doing a whole lot of research realised that MOP was not durable enough for my needs. I tend to wear my jewellery 24/7 and don't like the idea that I'd have to remove it before showering/washing dishes etc.

VCA items are so gorgeous though!

I decided to wait and just wear my little necklace that is similar to the single DBTY in yellow gold.

I'd still love the VCA but I'm mad at them (stomping my feet like a toddler - hehe) for all of the price-hikes!!

Also, I got sidetracked by getting a new watch and you know how that goes!!
