That is bananas, but at the same time honestly you are not going to find one priced at retail. They're just THAT hard to find.
Just be very very careful if you're looking on eBay; we have a recommended sellers list here on the forum, and that's your safest bet since it sounds like you're bound and determined to get these bags for your client no matter what the cost! I would recommend asking whichever seller has the item if there's any room to move on the price, though. Sometimes they will negotiate a little bit.

I did look at the recommended sellers last night and emailed them all asking if they had the bags and one of them was able to get it for me. So they are on the list.
Which is a good sign that it is a authentic bag.

I know they are hard to come by but when I get a client that wants something I do whatever it takes to get it for them.It's like a treasure hunt. I love it!
