I'm late! But I was just coming here to say you got an old red and a new red. The wallet looks new red, the Jasmin is probably old red (darker lines). ;)

you shouldn't feel too worried, they don't exactly have a mold for EPI so basically every piece is a little different than another...they use this machine that goes back and forth on the leather until it reaches the right texture ( as seen on an LV craftsmanship video on vuitton.com)

they never use the exact same cowhide sicnce every cow is different, so differences in leathers aren't impossible...
