HELP! Designer Vault going bankrupt and they owe me 3k!

It appears the owner of Fashionphile responded. She apologized that they attempted to resell the fake. But apparently this keeps happening. Right away, somebody posted photos of a fake she had just gotten from them.

Same here! So happy I have my bag though. I think the money is now part of bankruptcy so no way to get that back. [emoji853]

Got a letter saying the case has been closed? Anybody able to get their money? I hope everyone at least got their items back. No luck on my end w the money but that’s what I kinda figured would happen.

Sorry to hear that you were not able to get reimbursed for your loss. I received a letter from the bankruptcy attorney as well stating that the case was closed. I didn't receive a settlement for my Chanel bag which designer vault sold and kept the proceeds.

I too was scammed by her because I have confirmation from her attorney that she did sell my chanel bag yet never paid me !!!
I did file the paperwork in the event that money is recovered but I’m assuming that is not gonna happen at this point. Anyone recoup any money owed by her or Designer Vault??
