Have you thought about Tory Burch Fleming convertible bag? Regular is about 11” wide and small version is 8” I especially love the tassel which can be hoooked either on the strap or on the bag itself on the strap loop. I love the quilting how it’s different on the flap from the bottom which gives it that ‘different’ look from Chanel you seem to want while still having the ability to wear crossbody, single shoulder or double the straps for short shoulder wear. It’s also high quality Lambskin... in the pics are the ‘small’ version.
