Hey there! I was wondering if anyone knows what product can I use to get rain stains off my croc phantom? I called Celiné and they said there's nothing I can do with it but I don't believe so lol I'm gutted, it's the first time me using my bag  thanks alot!

oh my! what damage did the rain do?

Sigh. Situation was I wore it for the first time yesterday, at some point it was showering, althought I had an umbrella the bag still caught a bit of rain. I wiped the drops off right away. Today I realized from certain angle you can see there's these light rain stain.

I called Celiné, told them the situation, and the sales said 'well you're not suppose to wear it out in the rain no matter light or heavy rain, any leather made bags' And then she said there's nothing I can do about it. I was shocked and more gutted about it. I own other brand bags such as Balenciaga those, they're perfectly fine under rain condition.

I specifically asked the sales when I purchased my bag (coz it's my first Celiné, not sure what maintance it needs), should I spray on rain protector those product and she said no, it'll be fine. And now obviously it's not :'(

oh i'm so sad for you. and at the same time quite mad it happened. i've had my hermes and balenciagas survive rain without any treatment or protection on the bags.

maybe you can ask a leather specialist as i think the SAs aren't that knowledgeable on such things.

dont lose hope. i hope your bag can be fixed.
