Well I have a terrible experience with Senreve product - Aria bag. Even though i only used for less than 5 times in a year (still under warranty), the bottom front of bag is peeling off on both sides and the company ruled out that it is normal wear and tear and refuse to repair. It’s garbage products and i will never purchase it again from this brand and won’t recommend them at all. Please save your hard earned money.

Wow I'm so sorry this happened! Utterly disappointing for a bag that's 2x the price of Kate Spade bag; I'd expect at least 2x the durability.
