Well I finally emailed to cancel my Memorial Day Sale order since I haven't heard anything from HH since 7/16 after multiple emails. Really, it's quite ridiculous. I hope they email back to confirm the cancellation as I asked them to.

I give up *kanye shrug*

Oh I hope not Sally.

btw was anyone here the first buyer of that Malinka backpack on ebay? It's tempting but I know it was sold and relisted. That fabric is very unforgiving with stains so I should probably ignore it but still.

MB I love that backpack too. It makes me smile that it was in "Bedtime Stories" one of my kids' favorite movies. (well probably not that exact one but you know what I mean :smile1:)

Yea it's funny, I got a quick response confirming the cancellation...couldn't get a peep everytime I tried asking about the bag :shrugs:

Sally I think extinction is definitely on the horizon...*sniff*

Hey gang.....
I posted on another thread about calling last week to get a "take" on why there's so little inventory - and literally NOTHING to buy. The customer service rep said that they were transitioning to "made to order bags" only. We KNOW what that means. It's like a slow death.

I hope everyone comes away "clean" with them - though I highly doubt it.
Good luck - HOTTIES!

I attempted to return some items that I bought at the last sale (one of them was defective). I never got a response to a single email that I sent. Additionally, the order that I placed 3 months ago is still in limbo. I feel as if I was defrauded. This was the last straw. They purposefully ignored my emails, phone calls, and requests online for a return postage label!! They sent me the RMA letter stating that they would take the return, but that a label would soon follow. Guess what? No label. No response. JUST FRAUD. I am now stuck with two defective items, an item I don't want, and a very THIS IS THE LAST STRAW taste in my mouth. How do I file a chargeback with my CC for the items that I ordered months ago?

That is awful Bri. I'd call your credit card company and explain the situation. Most major banks are pretty good about this stuff.

You could also file complaints with NY Attorney General and BBB but it will not get your your money back and punishing a dead company is sort of pointless.
