Sooo disappointed in my HH order experience this time.
I posted a little while back about my ship date being constantly being pushed back. I ordered on Feb. 8th, and it ended up actually shipping over a week later after I sent an irritated email.
Then apparently there was missing paperwork for the package, so it was stuck i n UPS-land for over a week while HH ignored my email about the issue. I called them and it was resolved the next day.
THEN, I get a call from my mom about a UPS notice left at their house! They sent the package to an OLD ADDRESS I had on file, not the one I actually put in for this order! Thank goodness my parents still live at the old address, and not some random people who may have kept my stuff!

The stuff should be nice though. I'll be glad to finally have it in my hands tomorrow.

Faintly, I am so sorry. I agree with Sally. Hang in there, dear.... You'll be really excited when you get all of your goodies!

nothing will probably come of it but tonight I decided what the hell and wrote to cs to see when my refund is coming, mentioning that I'd love to spend it on a ss item. I doubt that it'll happen if it does I might try for a magic book bag.

^^yeah and I am concerned something is off. They usually say how much credit you have on the GC's. They print it on there. This one looks blank. How would none of us hear about a $1000 HH give away? HH would have said something about it on facebook.
Jeez, faintly -- how awful!!! I'm glad your parent's still lived there. I would be so upset if my package got sent to a random old address!! I'm glad you will (hopefully) get your items soon though!
